In 2021, SKILLED Nation was just an idea, and a belief that a simple, efficient, no-nonsense model could bridge the skills gap plaguing American industry and workers alike.  

Today that idea has become one of the fastest-growing workforce organizations in the country. We have raised more than $10 million, funded more than 3,000 scholarships across all 50 states, and built a network of corporate, school, and foundation partners who share our conviction that skilled work is noble work and that every American deserves a fair shot at getting trained for it. 

We are trusted specialists in building custom scholarship programs that remove barriers at scale, support program completion, and enable future employment. 

Workers get trained and earn more. Companies build the talent pipelines their growth depends on. Communities gain economically mobile residents who invest back into the places they live. And America gets a workforce that can power tomorrow’s economy.
